La Bêlerie is a company engaged in the production, processing and distribution of heavy lamb meat.
Founded in 2016, the farm was built following a return to the land of its owners. Distribution began in 2018, to become more established in 2020 during the construction of the distribution and processing center.
The mission of the bêlerie is to make lamb accessible to the consumer, through innovative processed products, and high quality cuts of meat.
The socioeconomic hub of the MRC, Cowansville offers all the services of larger cities without the traffic and other inconveniences. Although it has developed a lot over the years, the town maintains a friendly neighbourly spirit. We choose to live in Cowansville for its proximity to nature and its dynamic citizens.
